To implement its goals of environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and corporate governance, the company established the "Sustainability Development Committee" in 2025. Chaired by the Chairman and comprised of the management team, the committee regularly reports on its implementation and results to the Board of Directors. Under the Sustainability Development Committee, a "Sustainability Management Team" serves as a cross-departmental communication platform for vertical integration and horizontal coordination. Chaired by the Vice President, the team forms task forces based on various sustainability issues, periodically reviewing and tracking the achievement of short-, medium-, and long-term ESG goals to gradually achieve the company's sustainability objectives and integrate various plans into daily operations, thereby enhancing corporate value.

The Sustainability Management Team is divided into five subgroups: Governance, Customer Care, Employee Care, Environmental Sustainability, and Social Welfare. Each subgroup consists of a leader and several members, responsible for discussing major sustainability themes, formulating corresponding action plans, identifying and managing risks, etc. The Sustainability Management Team reports to the Board of Directors at least once a year on the key annual objectives and their implementation results, and also reports to the Board on the progress of sustainability issues on an irregular basis, including the selection of major themes and progress reports. The most recent report to the Board was submitted on March 11, 2026.

The Board of Directors oversees and reviews the implementation of sustainable development initiatives, and provides relevant suggestions and guidance based on the Sustainable Development Committee's report. The sustainable development report will be submitted to the Board for review and approval before being issued and announced.
